Good questions.
Clear answers.
Where do you work?+
Novu Interiors has a national footprint across South Africa. Share your project location with Shanei so she can confirm the consultation and delivery arrangements.
I don’t know where to start. Can you help?+
Yes. Start with the space, what is not working, and what you would like to change. Novu can help define a direction and recommend the next steps.
What does turnkey mean?+
It means coordinating the interior journey from concept and design through sourcing, installation and finishing. Your proposal defines exactly what is included.
Can you source furniture without a full renovation?+
Furniture sourcing and procurement can be discussed as a separate brief. Send Shanei your room, style, location and budget.
Do you work on commercial and healthcare spaces?+
Enquiries are welcome for commercial, residential and industrial interiors, including salons, nail bars, hospitality spaces, dental practices and healthcare practices. Specific requirements and specialist responsibilities are agreed for each project.
How much will my project cost?+
Every project has a different scope. Share your location, space, requirements and preferred budget with Shanei for a tailored discussion. No fixed prices or timelines are promised here.
Can I see a design before installation?+
3D renders, layouts and moodboards can help you understand the design before implementation. The visualisation scope is agreed as part of your brief.
